3 Reasons Why this Raincoat is Perfect for Traveling

I received this Stella Modern Rain Jacket from Mia Melon for review. I’ve tested it out wanted to share with you.

3 Reasons Why this Raincoat is Perfect for Traveling

The Stella Modern Raincoat is perfect for the woman you travels often or just needs a versatile jacket. This jacket is weatherproof, lightweight and can be dressed up or down. The best part is it isn’t too bulky, making it a great jacket to take when you travel.

Take a look at this video review of the Stella Raincoat.

The Stella, like many of Mia Melon’s outerwear, is what they call “weatherproof”. The company designed a special thermal membrane that keeps out the wind and repels water to keep you warm despite the weather outside.

Although the jacket is weatherproof, it’s quite light compared to jackets with a similar warmth rating. A medium weight cotton herringbone fabric and that thermal layer keep your body heat it to keep you warm without bulky layers. When you travel that’s a great feature! The zippered pockets are also a great feature. When I travel, I am always worried about losing things out of my pockets. The zippers help secure anything and everything from keys to my phone.

As I mentioned in the video, it’s a versatile jacket ideal for temperatures between 30 and 65 degrees Fahrenheit. It can take you through fall, a mild winter and all through spring. The hood is removable giving the jacket a less casual look.  I like the A line design so it’s easy to wear layers, a chunky sweater, or dress underneath.

3 Reasons Why this Raincoat is Perfect for Traveling

I ordered the Stella Jacket in Dark Red, but it comes in three different colors. It retails for $149.  Head over to MiaMelon.com

Disclosure: I received a complimentary jacket for thus review. All opinions are my own.

Awesome coat! We are going to London this fall. Looks like the perfect jacket for rainy weather. The video really helped me “see and feel” the jacket. Thanks for the review.
