Thank you to prAna for sponsoring this article about clothes for an active mom. All opinions, as always, are my own.

As I sit to write this article, I have 6 trips planned over the next 8 weeks. In between, I’ll be busy getting children to school, dance classes, orchestra lessons, cross country meets, and Cub Scouts. It’s a busy life and I love every minute of it. But that doesn’t leave a lot of time to decide what to take on trips. So I need versatile pieces that are comfortable and can go anywhere I do. That’s were prAna comes in. I already have several prAna pieces of clothing in my closet that I love and travel with often. This fall, I’m adding to my wardrobe or should I say my suitcase with these.

This Sage Jogger and Daria Sweater Hoodie are perfect for me as an active mom on the go. Whether I’m at one of the kid’s games, going to an outdoor festival, or flying out to explore a new travel destination, this outfit can go anywhere I do.

As I get ready to head to the beach this week, these Sage Joggers are going with me. They have a relaxed fit and are super comfortable. Made with a stretch ripstop fabric, they are both quick drying and water repellent. Now I don’t have to worry about spilling water or coffee on my pants when at the airport or in the car. (It happens more than I care to admit.) Liquids will wipe right off! Side cargo and back pockets are super convenient too for all the stuff the kids can’t hold when we are out together.

The Daria Sweater Hoodie is super comfortable. When I fly, I always get cold on the plane. It doesn’t matter what time of year I fly. So, I like to wear an over sized sweater or hoodie to keep me warm. This piece by prAna is both. At first I wasn’t sure about the cocoon sleeves, but I really like how they drape on my arm. The sweater is lightweight and it made with a blend of organic cotton, Merino wool, and nylon. During warmer weather I can wear a tank top underneath or as colder weather sets in, I can wear a long sleeved tee for added warmth.

Together, this outfit from prAna is helping me do all my “active mom on the go” stuff plus is great for work, play, and everything in between. At prAna, they are making clothes for an active mom. They also dedicated to the sustainable clothing movement. They are using organic and recycled fabrics, sourcing fair trade, and so much more. Take a look.

    Wow. Looks great on you!

As a fellow wanderluster, I’m envious of your upcoming 6 trips. As a mom, I’m envious of your organizational skills!
