Meal planning made for busy families
Busy families, like yours, need a meal plan designed for a busy life. We help you get in the kitchen with your family and make the most of the time you have to create healthy meals together. We use a combination of meals ranging from quick and easy to repurposed leftovers to get dinner on the table and avoid last minute trips through a drive thru. Then on weekends we allow for more traditional Sunday Supper style meals where you can gather together for a larger meal together.

This is what we are planning for the month of April. Use this meal planner in its entirety or pick and choose a few meals to add to your own personalized meal plan.
Each week this Healthy Meal Plan includes:

- Breakfast for Dinner
- Seafood once a week
- Sunday Supper
- This meal may take a little longer to prepare, but is a perfect opportunity to cook together as a family.

Crock Pot chicken, steamed green beans, honey carrots
Chicken Caesar tortilla wrap, fresh fruit, sliced avocados
Leftover beef stew, chopped vegetable salad
Grilled cheese, chopped vegetable salad, steamed peas and carrots
Garden Vegetable Frittata, mixed berries
April Week 2 – Healthy Meal Plan
Salmon Cakes, Roasted asparagus, Tomato and Cucumber Salad
Quick Chicken Tacos, sautéed bell peppers and onions
Baked Chicken Strips , cheesy grits, kale salad
Quinoa Bowl with leftovers and vegetables
April Week 3 – Healthy Meal Plan
Chicken and Asparagus over couscous, green salad
Avocado Toast with over easy eggs, sliced strawberries
Tortilla soup with corn and black beans

Baked Chicken tenders, Harvest Salad (greens, sliced apple, pecans, dried cranberries, and parmesan)
Yogurt Marinated Chicken skewers & vegetables (BBQ), green salad
