I love that ALDI offers such great prices and antibiotic-free options. I’m a propane gal myself, like the author, for its convenience. And that Kinroo Blue Belgium White Ale sounds like a winner for the chicken. Have any of you tried making this with a different type of beer? Does it really make that big of a flavor difference?

I just went to ALDI yesterday and now I wish I had bought some whole chickens. I will definitely have to do this for our summer grilling. BTW – I’m a propane griller and we can always add some wet wood chips to a smoker box.
