I love how simple it is yet so full of flavor. The combo of sweet honeycrisp apples, salty capers and feta, and crunchy celery is genius. I can totally relate to cooking less when it’s super hot. I once made a similar salad when it was sweltering, and it was the perfect refreshing meal. What would be your top tip for making the dressing really pop?

I substitute walnuts and pecans all the time. You can try that or perhaps sliced almonds.
