Welcome to this week’s Clean Eating Meal Plan.
Regular meal planning can can you time, money, and sanity while feeding your family. Each week, I share the meals and snacks that I plan to feed my family. Every meal plan is full of real food, clean eating recipes. I try to feed my family a variety of healthy foods everyday. I don’t use overly processed ingredients or pre-packaged foods. I use real ingredients for a healthier diet.
I recently started participating in the Bountiful Baskets program. It’s an all volunteer food co-op that offers produce in my area weekly. I have found that it’s a great value and has helped save money on our grocery budget. Here are a few photos of what I received this week.
Don’t you ever get in a mood and want to try new things?
This week’s meal plan has a bunch of new recipes from fellow bloggers and food sites. You’ll notice more vegetables this week. With all the produce from my Bountiful baskets, I didn’t want anything to go to waste. I will say that I will order less next time. This time I ordered a conventional basket, Italian basket, and a juicing basket. You can bet the juicer will see a lot of use this week. I received a new cookbook for review that includes many new recipes. I’m excited to try them and share what I think of the book with you later on. Do you juice? What are some of your favorite combinations?
