This article is a delicious journey! I love how it ties together homeschooling, exploring different cultures through food. The Moroccan chicken sounds amazing with those unique spices. It makes me think of a time I tried to recreate a similar dish at home. It was a bit of a spice adventure! How do you think kids will react to using their hands to eat this? And what other Moroccan dishes do you plan to explore?

This looks so delicious! My husband will love this! Thanks for sharing :)

Quick question: for the 3 cups of chickpeas, is it 3 cups of dried chickpeas, or 3 cups of presoaked chickpeas, or 3 cups of canned chickpeas...? Just wondering because we have dried and I didn't know if I had to presoak them prior to adding to the crockpot. :)

This is a nice change from the other crockpot meals I have in rotation. I like that this recipes is packed with spices and not a can of this or a can of that.

Such a clever way to make a complete homeschool lesson.
