I love how it can be both breakfast and dessert. The almond and cinnamon combo must be amazing. I once made a similar cake but used walnuts instead of almonds. It was a hit! I’m curious, what would happen if you swapped the white whole wheat flour for regular all-purpose flour? Would it change the texture much? And how do you think different extracts would affect the flavor?
