This German Warm Potato Salad sounds amazing! The bacon dressing is a brilliant idea. I love how it pairs with grilled brats and sauerkraut. I once made a similar salad but used a bit too much vinegar. Learned my lesson! What do you think is the secret to getting the bacon flavor just right in the dressing?
