Our Guinness Stew is really good and the recipe makes a large amount. So, we’re planning on enjoying it a second day. By making a larger batch of something, you can cut down on cooking time which is great for busy families.
Monday – Leftover stew, garden salad
Tuesday – Dill Havarti Fondue, toasted bread, steamed broccoli, bell pepper strips, sliced sausage
Wednesday – Breakfast for Dinner – Scrambled Eggs with tomatoes, spinach, and Feta cheese
Thursday – Shrimp and Grits
Saturday – Spanish Tortilla with Ham, Garden Salad
