Healthy Meal Plan Week 4
This week’s meal plan features plenty of comfort food recipes early on. By week’s end, we switched it lighter fare to balance things out.
Meal Plan Tip: Themed Night
Planning is easier with a theme night. You know that type of meal you want to create and you can find recipes a little easier. My kids LOVE Breakfast for Dinner. So we are having it again this week. The kids like it so much that they are doing the cooking that night.
Sunday – Coq au Vin, roasted asparagus and carrots, spinach salad
Monday – Loaded Potato Soup
Wednesday – Breakfast for Dinner – Skillet Sausage and Egg Hash
Thursday – Prosciutto and Pea Pasta
Friday – Vietnamese Shrimp Spring Rolls, Miso Soup
Saturday – Cheeseburger pizza with ground beef, tomato, dill pickles, and cheddar cheese
