I love that it’s vegan, gluten-free, and so easy to make in the Instant Pot. The health benefits of split peas are a bonus. I’m curious, though, how would you adjust the recipe to make it a bit spicier? Also, have you tried adding a splash of lemon juice at the end? I bet it would brighten up the flavors even more.
