This sounds so good! I’ve been eating light lately and I’m getting tired of protein bars for lunch. This would be a great alternative, especially on the celery. Yum! Pinning 🙂

I’m glad to hear this recipe is a popular one. It’s a great salad for summer, especially with any leftover grilled or rotisserie chicken. If you don’t have cherries, dried cranberries work really good too. A little more (of most things) is always a good thing. For example; Food, wine, and friends. 🙂
