These no-bake energy bites sound like a game-changer! I love that they're easy to make and involve the kids. Protein is key for a healthy diet, and these bites are a great way to get it. Have you tried using different nut butters or protein powders? I'm curious if it changes the taste or texture.

These look amazing...and so many options...I would like to add finely chopped dates and roll in coconut...maybe use a bit of stevia and less honey, too. You could also press in a pan, refrigerate and cut into squares if you do not have the time to roll into balls...love this recipe!

This is such a fantastic recipe! I usually don't comment on recipes I make, however this one is stellar.
I'm going on a canoe trip with my grade 11 outdoor education class tomorrow, and I was looking for a snack that was nutritious and high in protein, since my group has to make snacks on one particular day, and these are exactly something I was looking for!
I'm making them right now, and I tried one and they're insanely delicious! I will definitely be making these again for just regular snacks!
Thanks so much for the recipe!
