I would imagine you could freeze your pineapple juice into cubes and then blend everything in a blender. It would be more slushy. You could also cut the recipe into a smaller portion and use a double plastic bag method as an ice cream maker.

Did anybody commenting actually TRY this? The coconut sugar gives it a bizarre, unpleasant taste. I’m glad we only made half a batch because we wound up throwing it away. It was honestly that bad.
