I love how it combines the heartiness of meat and potatoes with that delicious gravy. It’s the ultimate comfort food. I’m definitely going to try this in my crock pot. Do you think it would work just as well with all beef instead of the beef and lamb mix? And how do you think it would pair with a side of Irish soda bread?
