I’m with you on loving fresh seasonal fruits in desserts. I’ve always been intimidated by making tarts too, but your experience gives me hope. I’m curious, how did the healthier crust with white whole wheat flour turn out texture-wise? And did you have any trouble melting the semi-sweet chocolate squares for the tart? Can’t wait to see the final result!
