Recently we tried out YogaClub, a subscription box service offering high-quality athleisure and yoga gear box mailed direct to your door. For busy women, it’s a great service when you don’t have time to shop. It ALSO makes it so much easier to shop for a teenager who’s too busy to go to the store and find the styles she actually likes.

Our teenage daughter is extremely active in dance. She takes classes both during school and afterward. As you can imagine, she practically lives in dance, yoga, and athleisure wear these days. Her busy schedule doesn’t leave much time for shopping. Plus, as she has gotten older, she has also gotten harder to buy too. She has her own style, but finding her size is challenging as she is 5’4” and built like a dancer.

We had the YogaClub stylists put together a box specifically for her and she really liked it. It made shopping so much easier! Whether you are shopping for a teenager too or just for yourself, let me show you what she received, what she liked, why this clothing subscription box is a great way to find the styles you want in less time.
Yoga Club OutFit in a Box
When we started our YogaClub account, my daughter took a style quiz to tell stylists her size and preferences (likes, dislikes, etc.). After that, we had to decide which of the three subscription options we wanted.
We opted for the Guru Subscription that gave us 3 clothing pieces per box for $79. The two other packages available are the Mantra which gives one pair of leggings for $45 and the Karma with a 2-piece outfit for $65. All three plans charge shipping ($4.95)
What Was In The Guru Box?
These were the three items in our first box.

- MPG Infinity 360 Tee
- Onzie Full Length Constellation High Rise Pant
- Whisper Tank Top
All the items came in the size(s) my daughter listed and in the styles she preferred. The stylist definitely understood her style and selected great pieces. The pants had great overall compression without being too tight. She really liked the feel of the tank top as it was really soft. My only complaint was this wasn’t a complete outfit. It was two tops that couldn’t be worn together and a pair of pants.
My daughter looked up the items she received online to see what their value was. She found it to be about $163, the amount YogaClub says their Guru box will be. So we were really happy with the value, $79 for $160+ worth of clothing. Total savings 55%!

In addition to the clothing, there were a few freebies in the box. They included coupons and a trial size product sample for a teeth whitener.

Was She Happy?
Yes, overall she was really happy with everything in the box. She really likes the constellation design on the pants and wears the two shirts to dance class often.

Why I’d Order from YogaClub Again?
Subscription boxes, in general, have several perks.
- You get to try new brands or styles you won’t normally try
- You aren’t in the mall/stores endlessly searching
- You can save money
I liked YogaClub because I can order for myself or for my daughter. They offer a range of sizes from XS to plus. We didn’t have to return any of the items this time. Yet, for the future, we could exchange with others in the site’s Exchange Store or the Community Exchange, a Facebook group of other customers. There we can buy, sell, or trade with other members. Another reason to buy from Yoga Club is their non-profit partnership.
YogaClub DoGood
Through partnerships with several non-profits, every box purchased provides a yoga class to area youth. So far YogaClub has donated over 162,000 (November 2019) yoga classes to Los Angeles area youth. I love this!
