This Carolina Vinegar Based Pork Sliders recipe sounds amazing! I love how you can use leftover pork roast. And that tri-color coleslaw sounds like the perfect complement. I’m curious, have you ever tried using a different vinegar, like white wine vinegar? How do you think it would change the flavor? Can’t wait to give this a go!
