Holidays can be difficult if you are trying to avoid sugar-laden desserts and snacks. Yet this recipe for Strawberry Soup with no refined sugars is a sweet treat you CAN enjoy!
Strawberry Soup Recipe
The first time we had Strawberry Soup was at Disney World’s Grand Floridian Resort. This cold strawberry soup was served at the 1900 Park Fare. It’s a little like melted strawberry ice cream. It’s creamy and sweet. The recipe I have for you here is my version of this Disney park favorite with strawberries, heavy cream, plain yogurt, and natural or keto friendly sweetener (if needed). I have a tip for you to picking the freshest berries so no extra sweetener is needed. This can be keto friendly and sugar free! Yet, the fresh flavor tastes indulgent!

No Refined Sugar Dessert
This chilled soup is delicious any time of year. Yet, it’s a MUST for us on Valentine’s Day. It’s naturally red, sweet, and healthy too! It makes it easy to eat real, clean foods without adding refined sugar. Let’s face it there are so many desserts out there, especially around this holiday in particular, that are just calling your name filled with tons of processed sugar. Now you have a better option with this Strawberry Soup. Fruit, with its natural sugar, is a great way to satisfy a sweet craving. If needed, you can sweeten this chilled soup with a natural sweetener like maple syrup or honey.
How Do You Find the Sweetest Strawberries?
Look for the brightest red berries you can find. A deep red color usually signifies that they are ripe and nicely sweet. In-season berries are the best, as you can often smell ripe berries right away. However, there is no shame in buying frozen berries as they are picked at the peak of freshness and immediately frozen. BONUS – If using frozen berries, you can serve this soup sooner as it will be pre-chilled.
Strawberry Soup – Disney Inspired
Years ago, we enjoyed dinner at 1900 Park Fare inside Disney World’s Grand Floridian Resort. This was the first time I was introduced to any kind of cold fruit soup, but others in online forums had raved about this soup. Remember when Yahoo forums were a thing? It was way before Facebook groups.
This Disney soup was amazing and I went back a few times to enjoy it. The Disney Food Blog featured a recipe for their version of Disney’s 1900 Park Fare Strawberry Soup made with sour cream and sugar. My version is based on that original but changed up to add Greek Yogurt instead of sour cream and no refined sugar. I prefer to use full fat/whole milk Greek yogurt because it is full of healthy probiotics and whole mik tastes better. Plain yogurt is a good choice if you prefer a less thick soup.
You’re going to enjoy this naturally sweet treat. Dress it up with a strawberry garnish or a dollop of whipped cream. Either way, you’ll satisfy your sweet tooth and create a healthy dessert without loads of sugar. Enjoy!

You could also add a little extra yogurt and create a foo-foo swirl in the center. It’s a terrific soup for any occasion.

so the criminals that are violent can still be in control of the trade and make money to allow them to wreak more havok. Its not a great leap of logic to identify that large monetary gain causes crime and violence or that marijuana sales make a lot of money. Its unfair to assume that marijuana itself causes crime or violence and much easier to believe criminals smoke marijuana because of the culture criminals are involved in. I firmly believe real crime will go down as a result of leoitizalagn

Sounds absolutely devine, but it’ll have to wait for a few months as strawberries aren’t available at this time of year in France where I live.
