Avoiding allergens in food is easier than it used to be, but it still isn’t a walk in the park. And considering that more than 1 in 4 children in the US have allergies, there’s a big possibility that your child may have a known or unknown allergy. The best way to get around this is by creating an allergen-free kitchen that can cater to various diets, lifestyles, and food preferences.

Even food that’s inherently gluten-free, like rice flour, could include wheat on the label, and that can spell trouble for celiacs.
