Le Cellier’s Canadian Cheese Soup is a Cult-Classic
If you’re in the mood for top-quality steak, filet mignon with mushroom risotto, and some of the best Canadian cheese soup in the world, make your way to Le Cellier at the Canada pavilion in Epcot.
This cozy little steakhouse is themed to resemble a wine cellar in a private chateau, and they certainly didn’t skimp on the wine menu! You’ll find a wide variety of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Merlot to pair with your meal.
Did we mention the Canadian cheese soup? It’s practically world-famous, and a classic Disney recipe that foodies flock to Epcot to enjoy. We didn’t want you to have to wait until your next trip to EPCOT to enjoy it, so here’s the recipe from the Disney Parks Blog.

The Monte Cristo at Bar Riva is Fit for a King
For a long time, Disneyland Park in Anaheim, California was the place to go for an awesome Monte Cristo – in fact, Blue Bayou’s infamous Monte Cristo recipe is a must-try for any sandwich enthusiast. With that said, Disney started offering a Monte Cristo at the Bar Riva inside the Rivieria Resort at Walt Disney World and it’s safe to say that the sandwich has quickly become a fan favorite.
While the recipe is a little different at Bar Riva than its Californian cousin’s, it’s every bit as delicious. While the Blue Bayou’s Monte Cristo uses egg bread, Swiss cheese, and blackberry preserves, Bar Riva’s version is served on a Brioche roll with Gruyere and strawberry preserves. It’s hard to say which is better, but if you love a good Monte Cristo, this one is definitely worth a try.
Note: While you are at the Riviera Resort make sure to check out their rooftop bar, Topolino’s Terrace – Flavors of the Riviera for some truly unique and delicious entrees and cocktails with a spectacular view!
Liberty Tavern’s Oooey Gooey Toffee Cake is Pure Decadence
For one of the most indulgent desserts the Magic Kingdom has to offer, look no further than Liberty Tavern’s Oooey Gooey Toffee Cake.
A crispy vanilla toffee cake is drizzled with chocolate sauce, garnished with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream, then further drizzled with toffee sauce for good measure. It’s sweet, buttery, rich, and you’ll be wondering how to stuff the chef into your suitcase for bringing home – but don’t worry, because the toffee cake recipe is pretty easy to recreate.
Note: Liberty Tavern is located in the Liberty Square section of the Magic Kingdom and is open for lunch and dinner. They offer an all-you-care-to-eat meal served family-style with salad, Patriot’s Platter, and the glorious toffee cake.

There’s also an extensive list of cocktails, wine, and sake to choose from, so whether you’re looking for a light meal or a night out on the town, Morimoto Asia has you covered.
Note: Morimoto Asia is located in the Disney Springs area and is open for dinner. Make sure to make a reservation in advance as it’s one of the most popular restaurants at Disney World.
